CellML model repository plugin

The **CellMLModelRepository** plugin offers an interface to the `CellML Model Repository <http://models.cellml.org/>`_. By default, it lists all the CellML models found in the repository:

The list can then be filtered. For example, if you enter **Noble** as a filter, you will get:

To click on any of the listed links will open the `workspace <https://abi-software-book.readthedocs.org/en/latest/PMR/PMR-glossary.html#term-workspace>`_ for that model in your (default) web browser. For example, to click on the **Noble, 1962** link will get you `here <http://models.cellml.org/workspace/noble_1962>`__. From there, you can get access to the latest `exposure <https://abi-software-book.readthedocs.org/en/latest/PMR/PMR-glossary.html#term-exposure>`_ for that model which, in the present case, can be found `here <http://models.cellml.org/exposure/812eeafbc8ebe97bef435340c80cfcce>`__.
